Wizville: the feedback management solution

A robust and feature-rich solution

The Wizville solution is particularly well suited to physical stores (vs. e-commerce players). More than 10,000 stores belonging to national and international brands have already adopted this plateform to manage their E-reputation. The software integrates the requirements of the ISO 20488 norms for online reviews. This standard defines the rules for the collection, moderation and publication of reviews.

An open and connected solution

For international groups, the solution is available in 14 languages and meets the main European standards and regulations (ISO 20488 - ISO 27001 - DGPD).

Connectors with Google and Facebook allow the automatic extraction of all reviews posted spontaneously on these sites. Establishments benefit from a single interface combining spontaneous reviews (Google, Facebook) and solicited reviews (WeDoxa).

The software has connectors with the main information systems to automate the review sollicitation, and to repatriate thoses reviews into internal software (administrative software and care software).

WeDoxa takes into account the specificities related to elderly patients.

Feedback management is an essential lever for steering the image of a national brand on the Internet and the reputation of establishments in their territory.

WeDoxa works with both :

  • general management to define a brand and CSR strategy,
  • digital and communication departments to develop an e-reputation strategy
  • marketing departments to optimise the patient journey (symmetry of attention),
  • Quality departments to complete the continuous improvement process,
  • human resources departments to supply a social barometer (employee surveys) and the QWL policy.
  • IT departments to fit in with the central information system.

In addition to E-reputation issues, the software meets the needs of groups to lead the satisfaction of patients/residents/employees (internal quality approach). Occasional and/or recurrent satisfaction surveys can be conduct as well. They will take into account the specificities of elderly people (not digitalised). The groups benefit from both, detailed monitoring by establishment and multi-establishment statistics.
