Google My Business Directory

A good Google form is a prerequisite for a professional presence on the Internet. Within the framework of a multi-institutional association, it can be difficult to keep track of records without the right tools.

WeDoxa assists associations in managing, claiming and enriching GMB records. Our connectors allow you to synchronise your directory with Google and to retrieve consolidated audience statistics at the group level (functionality not available on Google).

Audience statistics

The Google My Business space allows you to consult the audience statistics for each establishment (views, clicks, actions, opinions, etc.). However, Google does not offer multi-establishment reportings to manage an association. WeDoxa organises and automates reports by region, brand, country and by type of establishment. 

Publication of the opinions requested

Google aggregates in its results all the ratings available for an establishment (e.g. Facebook, Indeed, etc.). These ratings appear in the form of a rich snippet (extract of a rating with 5 stars) below the site concerned.

WeDoxa has widgets optimised for Google to display your stars under your website and on your local and media partners website's.

Moderation of unsolicited opinions

The WeDoxa solution automatically notice the reviews posted by Internet users on Google.

Based on this data, WeDoxa alerts the establishment's management about the arrival of new reviews. From the WeDoxa software, managrs can quickly respond to the reviewer and publish the response on Google below the original review. The head office teams benefit from multi-institution reports to support the institutions.

Business intelligence on Google Maps

On the Internet, the image of an institution is compared to other institutions in the area.

Our connectors collect in real time from Google the ratings and reviews of competitors. WeDoxa's Competition module generates rankings to quickly identify good practices and, conversely, establishments to hold uo.

For national groupings, a brand ranking is generated each month to enable head office teams to position themselves against their competitors.
