Il gruppo iSenior gestisce la Residenza Mario Soldati a Torino, per 120 posti letto da destinarsi ad anziani non autosufficienti. La residenza si trova in Strada di Settimo, in un’area residenziale posta tra il centro cittadino ed il paese di Settimo Torinese. La struttura è pensata per l’accoglienza, la cura ed il recupero funzionale sia in regime permanente sia in regime temporaneo secondo quanto previsto dai piani assistenziali nazionali e regionali.

Una bella residenza, molto recente, spaziosa, ci sono ampie aree comuni, molto luminose. Gli ospiti sono ben considerati, ci sono molte attività. Il personale cortese e molto disponibile.

All'inizio la residenza era molto migliore, ultimamente il servizio OSS lascia molto a desiderare con personale poco insolente e maleducato. Il cibo non è mai stato un punto forte della struttura e lascia molto a desiderare.

Poca attenzione e collaborazione da parte della direzione verso gli operatori, con la venuta della nuovo coordinamento si è andato ad interrompere il clima sereno e famigliare che prima esisteva. Siamo TUTTI MOLTO DELUSI E SCONTENTI
